They were honest, super friendly, and saved me $100 by showing me how to program my chipped car key myself. They even printed out step by step instructions. I called dozens of locksmiths and they all told me "no, you can't do it yourself". I did it, been 2 weeks now & not a problem at all. In the future, they will be my ONE and ONLY call.

They looked at what I needed. They said it was to rotten to make a key for the lock. So I went home took it apart sprayed lubricant in it and it works fine . Not as rotted as they thought. I guess what I'm saying is they didn't try to do what I wanted cause they looked at it for a second and said they couldn't make a key the tumbler was bad. They didn't make a effort to help me. Will not go back for anything. Not even a simple key. Effort is what I expected.
